Deniz Döner & Pizzeria

Walked into this döner spot after doing some research, it was dubbed one of the best in Beverwijk, and they were not wrong! The flatbread was perfectly toasted before being loaded up. First comes the sauce. The garlic sauce is mild, maybe a little too mild, and the sambal doesn’t quite pack a punch either. You can taste it, but not really feel it however you can ask for spicier if wanted! Then comes the meat. My gosh, the meat! They stuff that bread like it’s a final goodbye. Juicy, flavorful, and fresh. The veggies were also fresh! I had jalapeños, lettuce, corn, tomato, and cucumber. Honestly, just let them load it up for you. The meat flavor overpowers everything in the best possible way. They did recommend eating it there for the full experience, but I was short on time. Still, even on the go, this sandwich was incredible. Once opened, I couldn’t tell what dripped harder with each bite, my mouth or my döner sandwich. Conclusion: one of the best of Beverwijk? Very likely. If the spice level was just a bit stronger, it’d be a solid 5/5. Worth a visit? Absolutely. Skip this place and you’re missing out!

I ate doner rolls and my friend ate lahmacun. First of all, there was a warm shabby atmosphere and the customer relationship of the shop owner was very nice. Service was fast and hot. The taste was great 10/10. We especially chose the sauces we would put in it and our order came correctly. Even though I was a little sad that there was no Şalgam, we managed with ayran :))) You may have to wait for a while because the place is busy, but it's okay, the queue moves fast. In short, I highly recommend!!
